Everything is made one at a time, by hand - carved in wax, cast locally, shaped, soldered, filed, sanded, polished, all by me. It’s slow work, but it means each piece is thoughtful and meant to last a lifetime, not a season. 

Absolutely. If you have an idea, a story, or a piece you want made just for you, send me a message. We can chat through your vision and see if it’s something I can bring to life. 

If its not ready to ship, most pieces take 2-6 weeks, depending on the complexity and my current workload. If you need something by a certain date, reach out and I can often shuffle things around. 

Sometimes, yes. Some metals can be melted and reused, others need refining first. Stones almost always can be reset, depending on their condition. Send photos and I can let you know what’s possible. 

Happens all the time. If you’re local, you’re welcome to book a quick visit so we can size you properly. Otherwise, a good estimate for sizing is that at least one finger should fit the same size as your shoe size, however this varies! I am also happy to mail you a ring size or you can always stop by your neighbourhood jeweller, and then will always have a sizer! 

Usually, yes. Some designs are trickier to resize, but I’ll always let you know before you order if there are limitations. 

Because everything is made by hand, I can’t accept returns on custom or made-to-order pieces. If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please reach out - I’ll always do my best to fix the issue.
